FIELD: agriculture. ^ SUBSTANCE: method involves tillage with a disc harrow producing vibration fluctuations. The vibration fluctuations are produced as a sum of mechanical vibrations from rotation of each disc fitted with a cam and its spring hanger. Vibrations produced by the discs are transferred to the harrow frame by a stop support contacting with the cams at each disc. Intensity and spectral distribution of the vibrations are adjusted by replacing the disc cam. Device comprises a harrow with the discs on spring tines. A cam is rigidly fixed in the centre of each disc with the possibility of rotating together with the disc. The cam is connected with a stop support mounted on the harrow frame with the possibility of vertical movement and fitted with a head striker. Cams are of different configurations and are replaceable. ^ EFFECT: reducing power demand required for tillage, facilitating discs penetration, improving cleaning of discs from sticky soil and plant remains, improving soil pulverisation and destructing connection of soil with plant root systems. ^ 3 cl, 4 dwg |
