The invention relates to a polypeptide comprising IL-2 muteine, wherein said human IL-2 muteine is substituted in at least one of positions 20, 88 or 126 by the wild type IL-2, to a polynucleotide comprising DNA sequence encoding the same, and to a method for selecting IL-2 muteines.
