PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data output regulation device for three-dimensional molding, which can accurately determine whether or not regulation on an output is necessary, with a little process load upon outputting a three-dimensional object based on a polygon model.SOLUTION: The data output regulation device for three-dimensional molding includes: a regulation model database 50 where a distance distribution and an angle distribution, representing characteristics of a regulation model that is a polygon model with required regulation on an output, are registered; frequency distribution calculation means 10 that calculates, with respect to a target model that is a target polygon model for an output, a distance between polygons in the target model and an angle inherent to between polygons, and calculates a distance distribution that is a frequency distribution of distances between polygons and an angle distribution that is a frequency distribution of angles inherent to between polygons, based on the above calculation results; and frequency distribution verification means 30 that verifies the calculated distance distribution and the angle distribution to the respective distance distribution and the angle distribution of the regulation model registered in the regulation model database 50, and determines whether or not to regulate an output.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
