PURPOSE: Kelp powder-containing soap is provided to enable the manufacture of solid soap without addition of a hardener and dehydrating agent and to protect the skin by iodine and alginic acid contained in kelp. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing kelp powder-containing soap comprises the steps of: washing kelp to remove salinity and naturally drying the washed kelp; pulverizing the dried kelp to a size of 100-1000 mesh to obtain kelp powder; mixing 20~30 parts by weight of kelp powder with a normal soap composition; and pouring the mixture in a mold and performing solidification to obtain soap. |
