PURPOSE: An electric fan is provided to have an ice shell to cover an external circumference of a fan motor driving the fan of the electric fan, thereby obtaining the cool air to the air generated by a rotation of a fan motor. CONSTITUTION: An electric fan includes a fan motor(131), an ice tube, and a temperature sensor(132). The fan motor is composed to be covered by a cover. The ice shell covers the cover part of the fan motor and accepts the ice. The fan motor has an ice slot and a waterway respectively formed on upper and lower part. The temperature sensor measures the temperature of a fan motor by being attached on a fan motor. The temperature sensor is connected to a MICOM(160) controlling the operation of the electric fan.
