PURPOSE: A rotary toothbrush is provided, which enables teeth brushing to the front, rear, right and left and makes bristles of a toothbrush reach the bottom portion of the lower front teeth. CONSTITUTION: A rotary toothbrush comprises: a handle part(10) consisting of a first handle part and a second handle part in which the bottom is connected to the bottom of the first handle part by a tilting axis; a head unit(20) which is connected to the first handle part; a rotating unit(30) in which the head unit accomplishes T-shape about the first handle part; and a driving part which tilts the first handle part around the tilting axis.
