PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively prevent the formation of chatter marks even when the electrolytic treatment such as electrolytic surface roughening treatment is performed at a high conveyance speed and high current density. SOLUTION: The electrolytic treatment continuously electrolytically treats a belt-like metallic sheet by an AC waveform current while conveying in an acidic electrolyte.
