PURPOSE: An apparatus for controlling LED is provided to convert an inputted differential signal a digital signal of parallel configuration by using a DVI distribution circuit and a converter at channel. CONSTITUTION: A connector receives an LVDS signal. A signal converting unit(110) is synchronized with the LVDS signal. The signal converting unit outputs a plurality of LVDS signals. First and second distribution circuits(120,130) distribute the LVDS signal. Decoding units(140,150) decodes the LVDS signal and converts the LVDS signal into parallel digital signals. The decoding unit outputs the digital signal to a serialize unit.
