PURPOSE: A solar battery regenerative system for a vehicle is provided to continuously store the power of a solar battery in a thermal storage tank and use the stored heat for indoor heating and warm-up of the engine. CONSTITUTION: A solar battery regenerative system for a vehicle comprises a solar battery(120), a controller(110), a thermal storage tank(210), a changeover valve(230), and a water pump(220). The controller is connected to the solar battery. The thermal storage tank has within a heat storage heater(240). The changeover valve selectively circulates the cooling water discharged from the engine to the thermal storage tank or a heat core(310). The water pump is selectively operated at the exit of the thermal storage tank in order to conduct thermal storage tank cooling water to the heat core.
