摘要 PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing sodium sulfate and hydrofluoric acid using a fast reaction nozzle for high-speed reaction is provided to exclude an air chamber using a non-pulsation pump and to easily control a set value of fluid rate and fluid pressure. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing sodium sulfate and hydrofluoric acid using a fast reaction nozzle for high-speed reaction comprises the steps of: supplying sodium silicate liquid and hydrofluoric acid to a nozzle(130) for fast reaction through a non-pulsation pump(120); mixing the provided sodium silicate and hydrofluoric acid using vortex formed at the nozzle; polymerizing the mixture in a first reaction tank(140); precipitating the reactant in a settling tank(150) to separate solid and liquid by nanoporous silica and sodium fluoride; separating solid and liquid by silicate liquid and hydrofluoric acid by reacting the separated sodium fluoride, sulfuric acid and nitrogen in a second reaction tank; and preparing hydrofluoric acid of a gas phase through a cooler.
