PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that a user cannot simply obtain differences of a command although the command for operating an image forming apparatus differs in specification among models or upgrade operation, etc. in the apparatus.SOLUTION: The image forming apparatus receives the specification of the command from other image forming apparatuses, analyzes the differences from the specification of the command of the own apparatus, and records it to a database. The image forming apparatus can display the recorded differences of the command from that of the own apparatus on a display panel. The need for the user to compare the differences of the specification of the command while looking at a command manual or the like is eliminated, enabling the user to simply recognize which part of which command is different. |
