PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a white organic electroluminescent element which shows high light emission efficiency, has a long light emission life, and has less color shift and fewer dark spots, and also to provide a display device using the element, and an illumination device.SOLUTION: The organic electroluminescent element having at least one light emission layer held between the anode and the cathode includes at least one kind of organic metallic complex A containing a partial structure including three five-member and six-member aromatic heterocyclic rings, and at least two kinds of organic metallic complexes B having a light emission spectrum different from that of the organic metallic complex A. The white organic electroluminescent element also includes at least two kinds of organic metallic complexes C in one layer. |
