PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor control device and a motor control system which can improve accuracy of a positioning operation without exceeding a torque limit even to, for example, a shift amount that may take various values depending on an application, when a command output apparatus outputs a step-shaped position command, and can perform a high-speed positioning operation even for a relatively small shift amount.SOLUTION: The motor control device 1 has a position command filter 7 configured to filter the step-shaped position command output from a command output apparatus 2, a controller 9 configured to output a torque command for controlling a motor 3 such that the position of a motor follows the filtered position command, a power converter 10 configured to apply a voltage command based on the torque command to a motor winding, a shift amount calculator 6 configured to calculate a shift amount of the motor 3 from the position command from the command output apparatus 2, and a filter constant setting part 8 configured to set a filter constant of the position command filter 7 based on the calculated shift amount. |
