PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the moment generating to a nozzle plate when an external force acts on a protrusion to prevent peeling of the nozzle plate caused by the moment.SOLUTION: A flow channel structure 23 has a laminate 52 including a nozzle plate 39 and a flow channel plate 38. A protrusion 50 protruding from an ink discharge face 4a is formed on the laminate 52 by flexure deformation of a part of the laminate 52 to protrude to the nozzle plate 39 side opposite the flow channel plate 38. The protrusion 50 has a triangular cross-sectional shape in a cross section parallel to the lamination direction of the laminate 52 and a plate 37. Two sidewall parts 71 composing the triangular cross section of the protrusion 50 incline to the lamination direction, and also extend linearly, respectively along two extending directions a and b crossing with each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
