INTERNATIONALIZED DOMAIN NAME CONVERSION SERVER AND CONVERT IT TO USE

PURPOSE: An internationalized domain name conversion server and a method thereof are provided to search a related record corresponding to a domain name from a cache memory or a domain name database, thereby accessing a web page through a domain name of another language except a URL such as an English domain name. CONSTITUTION: A query accepting unit(110) accepts a query request for a domain name from a client terminal(105). The domain name is composed by a puny code. A cache memory(120) searches a related record corresponding to the domain name. A domain name database(130) converts a puny code of a domain name in which the related record is not searched into a unicode. A returning unit(140) returns the searched record to the client terminal.
