PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a protective layer transfer sheet for easily/conveniently manufacturing the protective layer transfer sheet for securely giving mat feeling to a printed matter without damaging the quality of the printed matter.SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the protective layer transfer sheet includes a protective layer forming process for forming a protective layer on a base material sheet, a concavo-convex layer forming process for forming a concavo-convex layer having a concavo-convex part on the protective layer, and an adhesive layer forming process for forming an adhesive layer on the concavo-convex layer. In the concavo-convex layer forming process, the concavo-convex layer is formed by printing with a printing plate having a concave part corresponding to the concavo-convex part. Viscosity of ink used for printing the concavo-convex layer is 20-70 cps. A solid content in the ink is 15-30% of the ink. Printing speed for printing the concavo-convex layer is 100-300 m/min. |
