PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid generation of composition defects of a panoramic image.SOLUTION: A compound-lens photographing device 10 is provided with first and second imaging parts 12 and 13. Photographed images obtained by both the imaging parts 12 and 13 are displayed as live-view images on an LCD 18 in the form of two images. An overlap region 59 where the photographed images overlapping with each other is detected from the photographed images displayed as the live-view images. In the overlapping region 59, a subject distance (shortest subject distance) to the closest subject at the position closest to the compound-lens photographic device 10 is found. When the shortest subject distance is less than a predetermined threshold, closest subjects in the respective live-view images are displayed in a zebra pattern. Consequently, when a photograph is taken, a warning can be issued that the composition defect of the panoramic image is generated due to the effects of parallax. |
