PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting device for noodle production, by which the breakage of a raking tooth of a scraper and the hooking of a noodle string by a fixing position of the scraper can be prevented.SOLUTION: The cutting device for the noodle production is equipped with not only a housing 50, a first cutting blade roll 10a having a first fitting-in part 16a, a second cutting blade roll 10b having a second fitting-in part 16b, and first raking teeth 32a inserted and arranged in the first fitting-in part 16a, but also a first scraper 30a fixed to the housing 50 at a first fixing position 53a, a second scraper 40a having second scraping teeth 42a, a third scraper 30b having third scraping teeth 32b and fixed to the housing 50 at a second fixing position 54a, and a fourth scraper 40b having fourth scraping teeth 42b. The first scraper 30a has a first through hole 35a, and the third scraper 30b has a second through hole 35b. The first fixing position 53a is positioned at a position HX more outside than the positions of the second tooth tips 44a, and the third fixing position 53b is positioned at a position HX more outside than the positions of the fourth tooth tips 44b. |
