The pump (1) has an impeller (2) mounted in housing (3) through a shaft (2b), and a split ring feeder (7) axial-movably formed between the impeller and an outlet section (6). An actuating element (11) actuates the split ring feeder, and a mechanical force deflecting element (13) is arranged between the split ring feeder and actuating element. The split ring feeder is secured against the rotation and directly mounted on the shaft of the impeller, and a piston rod (12) of the actuating element acts transverse to the mechanical force deflecting element. The split ring feeder is made of carbon-fiber reinforced plastic.
