<p>#CMT# #/CMT# The method involves producing light distribution (5) with a specific light function from a lighting unit i.e. head light (2) by an activated base light source i.e. LED (3). An optical adjustment marking i.e. shadow mark (7), is invisibly produced in a visible spectral range for human eyes. The marking is detected in an adjustment mode of the lighting unit by a detector unit (9) i.e. camera.
