PURPOSE: An ultrasonic wave concurrent low temperature extraction method for alga is provided to prevent the damage of the structure of an available bioactive substance by the low temperature. CONSTITUTION: An ultrasonic wave concurrent low temperature extraction method for alga comprises a step of ultrasonic wave processing the alga with the wavelength of 30kHz using an ultrasonic generator, and extracting with the pressure of 4,800atm at 60deg C. The alga is selected from the group consisting of a macro-algae including chlorophyte, phaeophyceae, and rhodophyte, and a micro-algae including cyanophyta, bacillariophycea, dinophyta, and haptophyta.
