THE HYDRAULIC JIG SYSTEM FOR INGOT REMOVAL AND MOVING

PURPOSE: A hydraulic jig apparatus for growing semiconductor single crystal is provided to elongate the life cycle of a bearing and prevent the damage of a shaft by combining the bearing supporting the shaft of a crucible without damage. CONSTITUTION: A bearing attaching and detaching apparatus comprises a hydraulic cylinder(2) using a fluid pressure hand pump(1). The bearing attaching and detaching apparatus combines the bearing without damage during assembly, disassembly of the bearing. The bearing attaching and detaching apparatus elongates the life cycle of the bearing and prevent the damage of the shaft.
