PURPOSE: An electronic cash payment system, a method and a device thereof are provided to perform the payment clearance processing about the e-cash stored in a user terminal device thereby steadily processing the payment clearance about the predetermined product or service through the e-cash. CONSTITUTION: A user terminal unit(400) receives and stores the e-money from more than one electronic cash issuer. An electronic cash service center unit(200) receives the issuance information about the e-cash from the e-money issue corp. The electronic cash service center unit forms the payment clearance basic information for the payment clearance of the e-cash based on the issuance information. If the payment clearance request is received through the e-cash, a member shop payment terminal unit(300) completes the payment clearance approval about the request reflecting the payment clearance basic information. |
