PURPOSE: A verterinary composition using beta-NGF(nerve growth factor) is provided to suppress sensory nerve and to treat various diseases. CONSTITUTION: A canine beta-NGF(nerve growth factor) has a base sequence of sequence number 1. A verterinary composition for treating canine nerve injury-associated diseases contains a gene delivery system containing the beta-NGF gene as an active ingredient. The gene delivery system is CMV(cytomegalovirus). The composition is formulated in intrathecal administration. The nerve injury-associated diseases are neurodegenerative diseases or neuropathy.
