CHITOSAN COATED NANO LIPOSOME CONTAINING CONJUGATED LINOLEIC ACID AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A nanoliposome coated with conjugated linoleic acid-containing chitosan is provided to improve solubility and dispersibility and to maximize physiological effect. CONSTITUTION: A nanoliposome coated with chitosan contains a conjugated linoleic acid. The nanoliposome contains 30-90 weight parts of phospholipid, 10-70 weight parts of cholesterol, 5-90 weight parts of conjugated linoleic acid, and 0.2-5 weight parts of chitosan. A method for preparing the nanoliposome comprises: a step of dissolving phospholipid, cholesterol, conjugated linoleic acid in an organic solvent; a step of adding the mixture solvent to aqueous solvent and stirring to remove the organic solvent to form nanoliposomes; and a step of adding the nanoliposomes to chitosan solution and homogenizing.
