An installation for circulation pyrolytic decomposition of infected medical wastes includes a reactor, a system for reactor heating that includes combustion chamber with burner for fuel, additional burner and chimney, a device for discharge of pyrolysis gases, condenser ad distribution vessel. The condenser arranged as multi-contour circulation system of vapor-gas mix consists of three tightly connected to each other vessels. The lower vessel of the condenser is connected to the device for discharge of pyrolysis gases, this is arranged as two vertical gas ducts mounted on the side surface of the reactor, and in the middle sections of those horizontal distribution cylinder is mounted. The middle vessel of the condenser is arranged as tubular heat exchanger with system of air cooling with ventilator input of which is connected by air duct to air collector placed under the reactor, and output of ventilator is connected to ejector device that is placed along the perimeter of the chimney. The upper vessel is equipped with ribbed heat exchanger with chamber of water cooling and is connected by gas duct to distribution vessel. The additional burner is placed in the combustion chamber under the reactor and is connected through spark suppressor to the upper part of distribution vessel that is arranged as cylinder surrounded by cylindrical chamber of water cooling. To the upper part of the distribution vessel safety valve is mounted, outlet of that one is connected to the ejector device of the chimney. |
