FIELD: medicine, pharmaceutics. ^ SUBSTANCE: declared invention refers to chemical-pharmaceutical industry and concerns a drug which contains a portion containing an oxygen-intolerant active ingredient wherein the oxygen-intolerant active ingredient is (R)-5,6-dimethoxy-2-[2,2,4,6,7-pentamethyl-3-(4-methylphenyl)-2,3-dihydro-1-benzofuran-5-yl]isoindoline and a sugar coating containing (1) sugar alcohol as a base material of the sugar coating where sugar alcohol is erythrite and (2) a binding agent where the binding agent is gum arabic wherein a portion is sugar-coated.
