PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wall panel which maintains stable air-tightness for a long period between the end face of a heat insulating material and a frame member in a simple structure to prevent the occurrence of dew formation or the like, thereby securing a stable fixed state. SOLUTION: The wall panel includes a pair of frame members and a heat insulating material interposed between the frame members. A protruded stripe or a recessed groove is formed on the insulating material abutting face of the frame member and a recessed groove or a protruded stripe is formed on the end face on which the frame member of the heat insulating material abuts, and the frame members and heat insulating material are bonded and fixed together while having the protruded stripe and recessed groove fitted with each other. A level difference-like notch is formed, for undergoing the fitting of the end face of the heat insulating material, on the heat insulating material abutting face of the frame member, and the protruded stripe with the same height as the notch depth is formed at a predetermined position of the notch.
