<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for treating recovered halogen-containing plastic wastes, which are capable of removing halogen atoms from the recovered halogen-containing plastic wastes within a short time. <P>SOLUTION: The apparatus for treating recovered halogen-containing plastic wastes comprises: a frame formed in a frame shape; a closing member arranged in the frame; a reaction vessel body capable of being transferred into the frame and having an opening part which is closed by the closing member within the frame; a flow guide means for vertically circulating contents, formed inside the reaction vessel constituted from the closing member which closes the opening part of the reaction vessel body and the reaction vessel body; an agitating means for agitating the contents of the reaction vessel; and a heating means for heating the contents of the reaction vessel. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
