PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new PTEN inhibitor or a new K+channel (Maxi-K channel) opener activated with a large conductive Ca2+useful for stimulation of survivals of normal cells, brain cells, cardiac cells and skin, and further useful as a drug for gram-negative sepsis due to inhibition of PTEN, inhibitor drugs for cell migration and cell infiltration, and additionally useful for a therapeutic agent of nerve system disorder. SOLUTION: A tetrazolylalkoxydihydrocarbostyril compound shown by a formula (I), wherein R represents a cycloalkyl, A represents a lower alkylene and a bond between third and fourth positions of the carbostyril ring represents a single or a double bond, or salts of the same is disclosed, and a treatment agent including the compound as an active ingredient is disclosed.
