PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition which is free from the odor caused by isolated isocyanate compounds. SOLUTION: The resin composition comprises a resin (component A) and a compound (component B) containing a cyclic structure having one carbodiimide group wherein the first nitrogen of the group is bonded to the second nitrogen through a linking group.
