PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a luffing-jib assembling sheave device for performing assembling work on a luffing jib of a mobile crane having the luffing jib safely and simply with increased work efficiency. SOLUTION: An assembling sheave 33 is provided in a position spaced apart from a pair of guide sheaves 31 and 32 of a mast 5. During the assembling of the luffing jib 20, a hoisting wire rope 22 is reeled over the assembling sheave 33 with the mast 5 folded down and taking up the hoisting wire rope 22 to move a movable sheave block 16. By such a structure, by reeling the hoisting wire rope 22 over an assembling sheave 34 located away from the pair of guide sheaves 31 and 32, winding work can be easily performed with reduced man-hours and safely regardless of height work, thereby reducing the number of workers while reducing work cost.
