<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a television receiver, capable of causing a recording device to record desired content data, without adding new functions to the side of the recording device, even when delay occurs from a recording starting instruction till the start of recording. <P>SOLUTION: When a recording starting instruction is input, a television receiver 10 transmits a first instruction signal, instructing recording start to an HDD recorder 20 (recording device) and causes a FIFO memory to start recording and when a first notification signal from the HDD recorder, the television receiver starts transmitting the content data recorded in the FIFO memory to the HDD recorder. Furthermore, when a recording stop instruction is input, after the lapse of a delay time from a time point at which the recording stop instruction is input, the television receiver transmits a second instruction signal instructing recording stop to the HDD recorder and stops transmitting the content data to the HDD recorder. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
