PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Pachinko game machine with arms smoothly turnable with stable behavior. SOLUTION: The Pachinko game machine 1 includes a movable accessory device 50 in which a root part 51b of a first arm 51 is joined to an output shaft 82 (turnably driving shaft), a root part 70b of a second arm 70 is turnably journaled by a front end part 51a of the first arm, the first arm is normaly turned when the output shaft turns, and the second arm is turned so as to widen a crossing angleθbetween the first arm and the second arm by a drive mechanism 85. The movable accessory device includes: a guide rail 105 for guiding a track of a front end part 71 of the second arm; and a guide mechanism 104 having a slider 120 which can be reciprocated from a start point position S to a terminal position E along the guide rail. The slider is joined to the front end part of the second arm.
