Disclosed are biphenylsulfonamides of formula I wherein the substituents are disclosed within the specification. Also disclosed are processes for preparing the compounds of formula I. Also disclosed is the use of the compound of formula I for the treatment of phytopathogenic harmful fungi and for combating harmful anthropodes.
