The present invention discloses a short-message transfer method, subsystem and system. It relates to the field of value-added service and it resolves the problem of the bad flexibility of short-message transfer systems. The method includes: receiving a state report message of a transfer service short-message from a target short-message center; inquiring a transfer number corresponding to a target number of the transfer service short-message, when the state report message indicates the failure of delivery for transfer service short-message; substituting the transfer number for the target number of the transfer service short-message, and sending the transfer service short-message to the transfer short-message center. The technical solution of the present invention realizes the conditional transfer of short-messages.
