PURPOSE: An aqueous cutting fluid and aqueous cutting agent for increasing the manufacturing accuracy are provided to supply the aqueous cutting fluid and aqueous cutting agent by including 0.01~20 mass%. CONSTITUTION: An aqueous cutting fluid includes the regeneration silicon 0.01 and 20 mass%. The hydrophilic property polyhydric alcohol and/or their derivative is 60 and 98.99 mass%. A regeneration silicon is the epoxy-modified silicon, the amino modification silicon, and the carboxyl regeneration silicon. The solubility about the water derivates in the hydrophilic property polyhydric alcohol. The vapor pressure is 0.01 mmHg or less.
