The seat has seat latches (1) with a seat face (3) that is adapted to natural couch of humans during urination and defecation, where the seat face is designed in trough-shape. The seat face is formed by a middle deeper seat region (4) between a rear elevation (5) and a front elevation (6) of the seat face. The rear elevation exhibits a height larger than the front elevation. The seat face is designed in such a manner that a position of a user during sitting on the seat face is reset such that an angle between a thigh axis and body axis of the user lies between 50 and 60 degrees.
