PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a damper for a slide hinge, which prevents a local stress load likely to lead to a risk of breakage, reliably prevents the slip-off at opening/closing the door, and enables the position adjustment of the door in a slide hinge damper mounted state to maintain a furniture accommodation capacity. SOLUTION: A slide hinge damper 1 is constituted of a case body 2 and a damper 4 provided to the case body 2, with its tip abutting on the door side on closing the door 31. The case body 2 is provided with a pair of longitudinal locking members 5, 6 each projecting on side from the front and rear portions and locked with the front and rear portions of a pedestal 14.
