PURPOSE: A heating sheet with Korean paper and carbon fiber is provided, which can securely fix Korean paper without bending of the surface thereof. CONSTITUTION: A heating sheet with Korean paper and carbon fiber comprises: a lower support layer(10) which performs support and buffer functions; a middle heating layer(20) of plane-shape heating body woven with carbon thread; and a Korean paper layer(30) locating in the upper portion. The bottom plane of the support layer is formed into an irregular shape in order to prevent slip. An electrode is connected to the heating layer. The top surface of the Korean paper is coated with the mixture of perilla oil, lacquer, and castor oil.
