PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent malfunction of an electronic device by reducing noise current carried to a substrate mounted with electronic components within a casing. SOLUTION: The substrate 103 mounted with electronic components and the casing 102 are fixed together by a metal spacer 108 and a screw 104. A noise suppressing member 100 using an insulating material as a base material is disposed between the metal spacer 108 and the substrate 103. A first conductive film is formed on the metal spacer side of the noise suppressing member 100, a second conductive film is formed on the substrate side of the member 100, and a resistance member 101 is disposed between the first conductive film and the second conductive film.
