PURPOSE: A total reflection fluorescence microscope using the surface plasmon resonance of a nano lattice and a bio-chip are provided to obtain a high sensitivity of fluorescence information without varying a detection part. CONSTITUTION: A total reflection fluorescence microscope using the surface plasmon resonance of a nano lattice comprises a prism(20), a metal grid/thin film layer, an optical source part(60) and a fluorescence detection part(80). The metal grid/thin film layer supports the sample which is formed on a prism, includes fluorescent molecule. The metal grid/thin film layer comprises a metallic foil and a metal grid.
