PURPOSE: A hand-held cover of a mobile phone and a manufacturing method thereof are provided, which can improve bonding strength and reliability. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a hand-held cover of a mobile phone comprises: a step(S20) of mechanically processing in order to form a protrusion in the girth of a back plate cover; a step(S30) of settling a back plate cover in a mold for manufacturing a side cover; a step(S40) of integrally molding the side cover in order to surround the protrusion of the back plate cover by injecting silicone or urethane into the mold; and a step(S50) of opening the mold.
