The stand has a holder (8) comprising two angle sections that are pivotable opposite to each other around a horizontal axis, where the sections are made from steel. The sections connect an inclined cross-beam (3) with a horizontal support (1) and/or with a vertical rod (2). One of the sections has side parts projecting from a base, where the base has a hole. Another section has two arms that are connected with one another and extend in opposite directions in bore holes of the side parts, where the latter section has a hole for connecting the latter section with the cross-beam.
