摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrode plate for a nonaqueous electrolyte solution secondary battery with high input/output characteristics as well as a nonaqueous electrolyte solution secondary battery with improved input/output characteristics and excellent cycle characteristics with the use of such an electrode plate.

SOLUTION: Of the electrode plate for a nonaqueous electrolyte solution secondary battery equipped with a collector and an electrode active material layer formed at least at a part of a surface of the collector, the electrode active material layer is structured by containing electrode active material particles and a binding matter, and that, the binding matter is so structured to be amorphous metal oxide not showing lithium-ion insertion desorption reaction.
