<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate comprising a thermoplastic resin composition produced without using a solvent type adhesive and a diene type rubber composition in adhesion between the thermoplastic resin composition and the diene type rubber composition. <P>SOLUTION: In the laminate, a thermoplastic resin composition layer (1), a liquid polymer composition layer (2), and a diene type rubber composition layer (3) are combined in turn. Liquid polybutadiene in the liquid polymer composition layer (2) includes a polar group which can form a covalent bond to an atom of the main chain or the side chain of the thermoplastic resin contained in the thermoplastic resin composition layer (1) and contains at least 30 mass% of modified liquid polybutadiene in which a 1, 2-bond unit content in a butadiene unit is at least 25 mol%, and the liquid polymer composition layer (2) and/or the diene type rubber composition layer (3) contain/contains a vulcanizing agent. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
