The wall construction consists of an outer layer, which contains two composite blocks of a height of a floor, made of sawn natural stone, a composite sill block, top and bottom fastening blocks of reinforced concrete, placed to form openings for window or balcony door with window, and an inner layer of heat-soundproofing concrete.
