SLUDGE DEHYDRATOR

PURPOSE: A sludge dehydrator is provided to condense floating materials in used water to distinguish processed water and sludge from the floating materials, thereby dehydrating the sludge. CONSTITUTION: Used water is inputted into an inlet(19). The first to fourth strainers(21,22,23,24) rotate clockwise. Processed water in the used water falls into the first guide plate(11b) form a gravity dehydration unit(G). The processed water distinguished from sludge is collected in a processed water collecting tank(18). The sludge of a sponge shape is gradually transferred to a sludge outlet(16). The processed water is discharged to the outside through a processed water outlet(18a).
