PURPOSE: A forced defecation tool and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to relieve constipation of old men who has inconvenience of walking. CONSTITUTION: A forced defecation tool comprises a head ribbon, a hose rotary shaft fixing frame(40), a head side hole(16), and a screw ribbon(26). The head ribbon is arranged on a built in head outlet(22) and an external wall. The hose rotary shaft fixing frame rotates while protecting the hose shaft.
