FIELD: food industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention covers manufacturing of farinaceous confectionery products. The method provides preparation of the ingredients, cutting of girasol-sunflower, drying in the microwave field at the preset process parametres, roasting and cryogrinding in the liquid nitrogen medium to prepare flour, preparation of the dough of white wheat flour chicory flour produced as described above, pressed bakery yeast, vegetable oil, sugar, salt and water, to be fermented and formed into sheets and baked. ^ EFFECT: invention allows to manufacture new wafery bread exhibiting better consistence and coffee taste and aroma with no coffee in formulation. |
